• Oversee invoicing, payment processing, refunds, and reconciliation for veteran benefits and grant funding.
• Serve as main contact for student refunds and process daily refund reports.
• Reconcile bank deposits and process payments for non-student receivables.
• Respond to inquiries and generate student account reports for internal stakeholders.
