Job summary

Lincoln Village Senior Living in Port Washington, WI is seeking an organized, compassionate Assistant Director to help lead day-to-day operations of the community. Reporting to the Executive Director, the role supports resident services, staffing, clinical operations, life enrichment, culinary, housekeeping, regulatory compliance, customer service, and sales and marketing.

This position offers involvement in all aspects of operations, developing employees, building relationships with residents

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in assisted living, memory care, or related environment preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• College education in healthcare administration or business management preferred.
• Knowledge of Wisconsin CBRF and RCAC regulations preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Support overall day-to-day operations of the community.
• Partner with the Executive Director and Director of Nursing to support resident care, wellness, and life enrichment programs.
• Help maintain a clean, welcoming, safe, and well-operated community.
• Assist with community purchasing and budget expectations; maintain regulatory documentation.
• Maintain required regulatory and operational records; assist with inspections and surveys.
