Legend Senior Living seeks a Residence Director to lead daily operations for our community, overseeing nursing, dining, maintenance, life enrichment and sales. You’ll drive budget performance, staff development, and ensure compliance with state requirements while providing exceptional holistic care to residents and families.

You will recruit and coach department leaders, coordinate move-ins, care plans, and special events, and promote a positive living environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in an operations leadership role.
• Administrator’s license or state-required certification.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations of all departments (nursing, dining, maintenance, life enrichment, sales).
• Manage community budget, expenses, and state compliance.
• Develop and maintain quality, safety, and outreach programs.
