Job summary

Dial Senior Living in Lake Barrington, IL is seeking an Assistant Executive Director to support the Executive Director in supervising community operations, ensuring high quality resident care, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and strong resident and team satisfaction.

Responsibilities include strategic oversight, financial records, payroll, HR, admissions coordination, budget management, and timely reporting; provide leadership to staff, maintain open communication with residents

Qualifications

• Degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in management and supervision.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for senior living communities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in the strategic direction and daily operational oversight of the community.
• Oversee financial records, including payroll, accounts receivable/payables, and reports.
• Promote open communication with residents, families, and team members; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate admissions, move-ins and move-outs; maintain partnerships with sales leadership as needed.
• Investigate and resolve resident/family concerns and ensure timely reporting to the Executive Director.
