Cardinal Assisted Living in Wisconsin is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily community operations and resident services in partnership with the Executive Director. You'll foster a welcoming, home-like environment, grow a strong team, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive high-quality care and service for residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Must meet all education and qualification requirements established by state assisted living regulations.
• Must meet age requirements according to facility policy and state regulations.
• Must possess, or be willing to obtain, Assisted Living Executive Director certification within required state timeframes.
• Must successfully complete all required background checks, health screenings, and drug testing requirements.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

• Oversee daily community operations and resident services with the Executive Director.

• Build relationships with residents, families, employees, and partners.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention.
• Ensure staffing levels meet resident needs and regulatory requirements.

• Ensure HIPAA compliance and state regulations.
• Collaborate with Wellness and Marketing to support admissions and occupancy.
• Oversee maintenance, safety, and security of the community.
