Job summary

Platinum Communities is seeking a Director to act as the Administrator's direct assistant and lead daily operations, care coordination, staff management, and regulatory compliance within the Wisconsin assisted living setting.

You will partner with leadership, care teams, residents, and families to uphold high standards of service and resident satisfaction, while ensuring safe, person-centered care and adherence to DHS regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Post-secondary education in healthcare, human services, or management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Administrator in overseeing daily operations and care coordination.
• Lead staffing, supervision and scheduling, and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and review reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
