Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience as Remote Support Staff Supervisor or related supervisory role in remote monitoring.
• Basic knowledge of services and supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Remote Support Staff and Supervisors, providing guidance for daily operations.
• Partner with the Director to grow remote monitoring and assistive technology services.
• Support department budget goals and improve performance of remote monitoring operations.
• Coordinate daily activities for Supervisors and foster cross-team collaboration.
• Ensure appropriate employee-to-client ratios at remote stations.
• Oversee installation/removal of remote support and assistive technology equipment.
• Review documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Communicate strategic direction and engage team members.
