Firefly Supported Living & Employment Services seeks an Assistive Technology Support Staff in Springfield, MO. On-site role focused on monitoring assistive tech, responding to alerts, and documenting activities per Medicaid guidelines.

You will follow client protocols, notify designated contacts, review plans, and assist with monthly summaries and trainings, while collaborating with leadership and remote support staff to ensure quality care.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to document accurately per Medicaid guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor assistive technology dashboards during service hours to support safety and independence.
• Follow client protocols and notify contacts by email, text, or phone when issues occur.
• Respond promptly to power failures, sensor malfunctions, and urgent tech concerns.
• Review client assessments and plans to stay informed of needs and supports.
• Document client activity and responses in accordance with guidelines.
• Review daily logs and work with Remote Support Staff to ensure complete records.
• Assist with monthly client summaries and distribute to SB40 coordinators by the 15th.
• Answer calls and coordinate assessments, installations, and repairs with leadership.
• Support training scheduling for 2Gether Tech staff.
• Perform data entry, typing, copying, and other admin tasks; order supplies as needed.
• Report to the assigned work location on time and perform other duties as directed.
