Job summary

Centerstone in Springfield, MO is seeking an Assistive Technology Support Staff to monitor dashboards, respond to alerts, and document actions. This on-site role supports safety and independence for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and aging-related needs.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication, and computer skills, with preference for experience in similar settings. A driver’s license and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Good computer skills and accurate documentation and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned clients’ assistive technology dashboards to support safety and independence.
• Notify designated contacts by email, text, or phone when an issue occurs.
• Respond promptly to power failures, sensor malfunctions, and other urgent technology concerns.
• Review client assessments, Individualized Service Plans, and related files to stay informed of needs.
• Document client activity, notifications, and responses per Medicaid guidelines.
• Review daily logs and coordinate with Remote Support Staff to ensure complete documentation.
• Prepare monthly client summaries and distribute to SB40 coordinators by the 15th.
• Coordinate assessments, installations, and repairs with 2Gether Tech leadership.
• Support scheduling of required staff trainings.
• Perform data entry, filing, and ordering of office supplies.
