Job summary

The Resource Center in New York seeks an Assistant Director to provide leadership across assigned operations, supervise staff, and ensure mission-driven performance while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations.

They will collaborate with EMT liaison on outcomes planning, policy development, and staff development, fostering a healthy work culture and representing the organization professionally at all times.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in a related field with supervisory experience.
• Two years (Master's) or four years (Bachelor's) of comprehensive financial/operational experience, with some supervisory exposure.
• Ability to travel and work non-traditional hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develops and supports initiatives to improve quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of assigned operations and services.
• Prepares, implements and monitors financial and operational plans to ensure stability in assigned areas.
• Ensures procedures are in place to promote compliance with agency policies and mitigate risk.
• Assists in facilitating communication and information sharing within and outside the organization.
