Job summary

Services for the UnderServed (S:US) seeks an Assistant Program Director in New York to supervise case management and program services for adults experiencing homelessness and mental illness. You will guide staff in developing person-centered service plans and coordinate with clinical teams to maintain quality care.

In the absence of the Program Director, you will oversee all program staff with leadership support from the Regional Director, ensuring compliance and effective service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field is required.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with homelessness and mental illness population.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of all program staff regarding case management and program services.
• Audit and review of consumer progress notes and service plans with clinical staff.
• Ensure consumer service plans reflect standards and trauma-informed care.
• Maintain contact with other service agencies for client placement and activities.
