• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of supervisory leadership experience.
• 3+ years in homeless services or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily case management operations and housing services.
• Supervise case management supervisors and program staff with coaching and development.
• Ensure compliance with policies, contracts, and regulatory standards.
• Promote trauma-informed, client-centered services and crisis response.
• Monitor program metrics and data, and implement improvements.
• Partner with leadership and external organizations to support initiatives.
