Job summary

Learning Care seeks an Assistant Director to help run a licensed child care facility in Georgia. You will work with the School Director to ensure safe, effective operations and support the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.

The role requires leadership, a commitment to a high-quality learning environment, and the ability to recruit and retain qualified staff. Associates degree in ECE or related field is preferred; state requirements must be met.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have 2 years of Assistant Director experience in a licensed child care facility.
• Associates degree in ECE or related field is preferred.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
• The Georgia 40 hour director course is preferred.
