Grays Harbor Health & Rehabilitation Center in Aberdeen, WA is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). You will partner with the Director of Nursing to oversee daily clinical operations and drive quality outcomes for residents and staff.

This hands-on nursing leadership role requires strong clinical knowledge, the ability to coach and develop the nursing team, and a commitment to regulatory compliance. Weekend on-call rotation is required once per month.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Washington State.
• Nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.
• Strong clinical knowledge and leadership abilities.
• Experience coaching, developing, and holding staff accountable.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of Nursing to oversee daily clinical operations and support quality resident care.
• Lead, coach, and develop nursing staff while fostering accountability and teamwork.
• Ensure staff education, required training, and performance evaluations are completed on time.
• Support nurse managers in preparing for clinical meetings and addressing resident care concerns.
• Monitor medication cart audits, quality measures, and regulatory compliance efforts.
• Assist with staffing needs, provide leadership support, and participate in weekend on-call rotation once per month.

What You'll Do

What You'll Need
