Job summary

Avalon Health Care Inc invites qualified RNs to join Grays Harbor Health and Rehab in Aberdeen, WA for a full-time day or night position.

You will assess resident needs, administer medications, lead CNAs, and collaborate with physicians to deliver resident-centered care; 3 on 3 off 12-hour shifts, with a $4 shift differential for evening hours.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Washington State (or NLC eligible).
• Strong clinical assessment and nursing skills.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with a care team.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional resident care.
• Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor resident health and clinical outcomes.
• Lead and support CNAs and nursing team members.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
