Job summary

Gig Harbor Health and Rehabilitation, located in Gig Harbor, WA, is seeking an experienced RN to join the leadership team as Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). This pivotal role supports the Director of Nursing in daily clinical operations, mentoring staff, and ensuring high-quality resident care.

The ADON will supervise nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active RN license in Washington (required).
• Previous leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and best practices in nursing care.
