Job summary

Avalon Health Care Inc is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Aberdeen, WA. This full-time position offers day or night shifts on a 3 on/3 off rotation, with PRN options and a $38.00–$46.17/hour wage. New graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Washington State is required.
• Knowledge of nursing regulations and standards of care is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care.
• Develop and implement resident care plans with the team.
• Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Collaborate with RNs, providers, CNAs and interdisciplinary staff.
• Help ensure safe, high-quality care each day.
