The Westin Nashville is seeking an Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to lead daily operations across outlets and banquets, partnering with F&B managers to elevate dining and event experiences that reflect Westin standards.

You will recruit, train, and develop the team, oversee scheduling and labor, and drive revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction with a collaborative, service-driven leadership approach.

• Oversee daily food and beverage operations across outlets and banquets.
• Ensure service excellence and compliance with brand standards.
• Lead, develop, and coach F&B managers and associates.

• Implement cost-control measures and manage inventory.
• Prepare staff schedules and payroll with optimal staffing.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and quality across F&B spaces.
