Job summary

EY in Houston seeks an Account Manager Assistant Director to drive account strategy and client relationship growth across our Global 360 and Focus Core portfolios. You will coordinate with the GCSP, Sales Leader, and Sales Activation Leader to ensure integrated, cross-geography delivery and exceptional client service.

The role demands 7–10+ years in account management within financial services, strong executive presence, and the ability to influence at all organizational levels.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of account management or similar relevant experience preferably within Financial Services.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Effective influencing and relationship building skills with strong executive presence.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and sound organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree (emphasis in Marketing or Business preferred) or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage one to two Global 360 or Focus Core accounts and drive activities of EY’s Account Management Framework (AMF).
• Co-develop account strategy with GCSP and SE and drive global execution of account plans.
• Serve as knowledge hub connecting global team to EY growth drivers and client business issues.
