Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Account Manager, Associate Director to drive growth for large, global accounts from New York. You will coordinate with GCSP, SE, and Account Leads to shape strategy, grow relationships, and accelerate sales while delivering exceptional client service across EY’s network.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, coach on opportunities, and maintain on-site client engagement as needed.

Qualifications

• 10-12+ years in account management or similar relevant experience.
• Executive presence with proven relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive account strategy and global execution of plans with GCSP and SE.
• Facilitate service line planning, account integration, and pipeline development.
• Serve as strategic advisor linking client priorities with EY capabilities.
• Lead CX process, interviews and post-interview actions.
