Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Account Manager, Associate Director to drive strategic growth for our largest accounts. You will partner with the GCSP, Sales Executive and Account Leads to shape account strategy and accelerate sales, delivering cross-service and cross-geography delivery of EY solutions.

You will lead the Client Experience process, coach teams, and navigate complex organizations to win opportunities while maintaining regular client presence and delivering exceptional outcomes in a hybrid

Qualifications

• 10-12+ years of account management or related experience.
• Strong influencing and executive relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead account strategy with GCSP/SE to execute global plans.
• Drive client relationship growth and pipeline development.
• Act as strategic advisor linking client priorities to EY capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-service line and cross-geography teams for large accounts.
