• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Three years of increasingly responsible experience involving awarding and disbursement of financial assistance.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.

• Provide exceptional customer service to students, families, and staff in-person, virtually, by phone, and email.
• Lead the Financial Aid Service Center Office with emphasis on compliance with federal financial aid regulations.
