Job summary

The Learning Experience #457 in New Jersey is seeking a Marketing & Enrollment Leader to drive enrollment growth for the center. You will grow enrollment, conduct tours, and build relationships with families and the local community, while supporting marketing efforts and social media.

In this role, you will partner with the Director to manage daily center operations, staffing, scheduling, and ensure licensing, safety, and high-quality service for families.

Qualifications

• Experience in early childhood education and leadership with classroom work.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Sales and marketing experience with enrollment growth results.
• Able to conduct tours and engage families effectively.
• Creative, organized, energetic, collaborative.

What We're Looking For

• Early Childhood Education and/or childcare leadership experience as well as classroom experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Sales and marketing experience with proven results in an Early Childhood Education program coupled with passion for growing enrollment and marketing.
• Comfortable conducting tours and connecting with families.
• Creative, organized, energetic, and collaborative.
