The Learning Experience - Old Marlton Pike, NJ is seeking a Preschool Assistant Director Enrollment Specialist who will lead enrollment efforts and partner with the Center Director to drive center growth. The role emphasizes relationship-building with families and communities, while supporting daily operations and staff development.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in early childhood education or leadership and at least 2 years in sales/marketing enrollment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of early childhood education, childcare leadership, or classroom experience.
• At least 2 years of sales, marketing, enrollment, or lead generation experience, preferably in early childhood education.
• Comfortable conducting center tours and connecting with prospective families.
• Creative, organized, energetic, and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Grow enrollment and generate new leads.
• Conduct tours and follow up with prospective families.
• Build relationships with families and the local community.
• Support social media, referrals, events, and marketing initiatives.
• Track enrollment goals and develop ideas to support center growth.
• Partner with Center Director to support daily operations.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and team development.
• Help maintain licensing, safety, and company standards.
• Promote enrollment, retention, and family satisfaction.

What We're Looking For
