Job summary

The Learning Experience in New Jersey is seeking a Preschool Assistant Director Enrollment Specialist to lead enrollment growth and nurture family relationships within a thriving early childhood center.

You will collaborate with the Center Director on daily operations, staffing, and program quality while driving recruitment, tours, and community outreach to strengthen center growth and family satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of early childhood education, childcare leadership, or classroom experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• At least 2 years of sales, marketing, enrollment, or lead generation experience, preferably in early childhood education.

Responsibilities

• Grow enrollment and generate new leads.
• Conduct tours and follow up with prospective families.
• Build relationships with families and the local community.
• Support social media, referrals, events, and marketing initiatives.
• Track enrollment goals and develop ideas to support center growth.
• Partner with Center Director to support daily operations.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and team development.
• Help maintain licensing, safety, and company standards.
• Promote enrollment, retention, and family satisfaction.

Are you passionate about early childhood education, building relationships with families, and helping a center grow? The Learning Experience is looking for an energetic, organized, and relationship-driven professional to join our leadership team!

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of early childhood education, childcare leadership, or classroom experience.
