Just Kids Christian Academy in San Antonio, TX is seeking an experienced Assistant Director to lead daily operations of the center and coach staff toward excellent service.

You will conduct engaging tours, build relationships with families, and drive enrollment while ensuring compliance with Texas licensing standards.

Qualifications

• Current Texas Child Care Director's License is required.
• Minimum 3 years of childcare leadership experience.
• Experience supervising teachers and support staff.
• Strong knowledge of Texas Child Care Licensing standards.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
