Job summary

Temple University, University College, is seeking an Assistant Director, CE Systems User Support and Training. This role leads training across non‑credit and continuing education for staff and students, maintains the training curriculum for LLEE, and serves as a concierge for program inquiries with an emphasis on cross‑campus support.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of related experience, with preferred exposure to Banner ERP and ERP/continuing education systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and at least 4 years of related experience.
• Experience with Banner ERP or continuing education systems is preferred.
• Strong customer service, call center, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Train staff across schools, colleges, and units in CE systems.
• Develop and maintain an up‑to‑date training curriculum for LLEE.
• Respond to program inquiries by phone and email from prospective and current students.
• Assist in setting up conferences and events in LLEE for university programs.
• Collect, report, and evaluate CE systems KPIs and usage data.
• Supervise the Administrative Specialist and support workflow for CE Systems.
