Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and four years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and modernize day-to-day CE department operations for efficiency and service quality.
• Coordinate program logistics, scheduling, enrollment, and operational timelines across CE offerings.
• Collaborate with CE leadership, staff, instructors, and external partners to enhance program delivery.
• Design, document, and maintain workflows, service standards, and AI-enabled processes for accuracy and efficiency.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate front-line staff; assign work based on capacity.
• Manage CE operational systems and technologies including student information, registration, and workflow automation.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and implement improvements.
