Job summary

Temple University is seeking an Associate Director of College Access and Pathway Programs to lead administrative and strategic efforts for CREATE within the College of Education and Human Development. You will supervise program staff, coordinate with school districts and funders, and advance initiatives to improve college matriculation and teacher preparation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field; four or more years in schools or education
• Master's Degree and 8 years of experience preferred
• Experience in urban public schools or higher education highly desired
• Experience with TRIO programs and federal regulations is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and logistical direction for college access and pathway programs
• Supervise Assistant Directors and program teams; coordinate with external partners
• Lead data collection, analysis, and reporting for internal/external audiences
• Support funding opportunities and sustainability of college access initiatives
