Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000

Reporting to the Senior Training Specialist, the role involves developing and delivering health, safety, and compliance training, coordinating required trainings, updating course materials, transitioning content into e-learning formats, and maintaining training records. The candidate should have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively.

Must have a valid driver's license.

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• At least 3 years of relevant training experience
• Ability to interpret environmental health and safety regulations

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with LMS or e-learning tools
• Knowledge of regulatory topics like Hazard Communication, Biosafety, etc.
• Experience in higher education, healthcare, or research environments
