Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare/related field; MBA/MHA/ MPH preferred.
• 8+ years of leadership in healthcare, with 5+ years in large cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven success in affordability, cost management, value-based care, or provider operations.
• Experience building business cases, enterprise portfolios, governance, and delivering financial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Cost Stewardship roadmap with portfolio management across Clinical, Payment Integrity, Network and Pharmacy levers.
• Lead end-to-end initiative lifecycle from opportunity to value realization with clear milestones and ownership.
• Monitor portfolio execution, identify blockers, escalate with interventions to ensure savings targets.
• Develop governance, reporting, and executive communications translating data into actionable insights.
