Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking an Assistant Director of Affordability Utilization Management and Appeals to lead enterprise affordability initiatives. You will drive portfolio execution, governance and value realization across clinical, payment integrity and network levers, while developing a high-performing team.

The role emphasizes executive communication, cross-functional collaboration, and a data-driven approach to reduce healthcare costs and improve affordability for members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare or related field required; MBA/MHA/MPH preferred.
• Eight+ years of progressively responsible healthcare leadership experience.
• Experience leading affordability, cost management and value-based care initiatives.
• Experience building business cases and managing enterprise portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Cost Stewardship strategic roadmap across multiple levers.
• Lead end-to-end initiative lifecycle with defined ownership and milestones.
• Drive performance management and risk mitigation across the portfolio.
• Develop governance, reporting, and executive communications for insights.
• Evaluate vendor partnerships and coach a high-performing team.
