Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking an Assistant Director of Affordability Utilization Management and Appeals to lead the Affordability Program Office and related levers across the enterprise. You will partner with senior leaders to prioritize work, govern portfolios, and deliver measurable cost savings while ensuring transparent execution.

You will develop governance structures, coach teams, and drive value realization through standardized operating models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Nursing, Pharmacy, Finance, or related field.
• Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, or equivalent) preferred.
• Eight+ years of leadership experience in healthcare delivery or related fields.
• Experience leading affordability, cost management, and value-based care initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Cost Stewardship strategic roadmap across Clinical/Medical Management, Payment Integrity, Network Management, and Pharmacy levers.
• Lead end-to-end initiative lifecycle from opportunity identification to execution with clear milestones and accountability.
• Monitor portfolio performance and mitigate risks to deliver targeted savings.
• Develop business cases and size initiatives with cross-functional teams for executive governance.
• Establish governance, reporting, and decision frameworks with dashboards and executive communications.
