Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions seeks an experienced leader to head Affordability Utilization Management and Appeals within the Health Services Operations team. This hybrid role drives the affordability portfolio, partnering with senior leaders to define priorities, allocate resources, and deliver measurable cost savings across multiple levers.

You will lead governance, business cases, and stakeholder engagement to realize enterprise value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed in a related field as listed.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Cost Stewardship strategic roadmap with leadership alignment.
• Lead end-to-end initiative lifecycle from opportunity to value realization.
• Monitor portfolio performance and escalate blockers with governance channels.
• Translate opportunities into execution-ready initiatives with KPIs and plans.
• Establish governance, reporting, and decision frameworks for executive audiences.
• Develop tools and continuous improvement practices for governance and change management.
• Evaluate vendor partnerships and coach a high-performing team.
• Provide strategic direction and foster a culture of accountability.
