You will oversee opportunity identification, business case development, and cross-functional implementation, ensuring disciplined execution and value realization across Clinical/Medical Management, Payment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; Master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of leadership experience in healthcare with 5+ years leading large cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in affordability, cost management, value-based care, and healthcare operations.
• Experience developing business cases and managing enterprise portfolios.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and collaborate across departments.
• Strong analytical skills and use of performance dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end affordability portfolio from identification to value realization.
• Partner with executives to set priorities and allocate resources.
• Establish governance and reporting frameworks for pipeline and performance dashboards.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team and drive culture of accountability.
• Drive cost stewardship roadmap and deliver targeted savings.
