Cambia Health Solutions is seeking an Assistant Director to lead the Affordability Utilization Management and Appeals portfolio, driving affordability outcomes across multiple levers. You will partner with executive leadership to prioritize, resource, and deliver measurable savings while establishing governance and transparent reporting.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of leadership in healthcare delivery or related environment.
• Experience leading large cross-functional strategic initiatives and enterprise programs.
• Experience developing business cases and managing enterprise portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Cost Stewardship strategic roadmap with senior leaders.
• Lead end-to-end initiative lifecycle from opportunity to value realization.
• Monitor portfolio execution, identify blockers, and ensure savings targets.
• Develop business cases with validated sizing, KPIs, and plans.
