Job summary

The University of Toledo is seeking an Assistant Director of Admission, Community Engagement, and Access to drive outreach, enrollment, and recruitment efforts. You will build relationships with schools, communities, and partners to expand access for prospective students and supervise a team of admission counselors under the Director of Undergraduate Recruitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 3+ years in undergraduate admission or related field.
• Proven ability to build relationships with students, families, counselors, and partners.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; capable of managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with secondary schools, community organizations, and university partners to support enrollment goals.
• Supervise admission counselors under the Director of Undergraduate Recruitment.
• Lead CCP recruitment and enrollment operations including outreach, processing, and compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create pathways for student enrollment; use data-informed decision making.
• Manage an assigned recruitment territory, achieve territory enrollment goals through outreach, travel, and student engagement.
