Job summary

The University of Toledo seeks a Recruitment Officer 3 to manage recruitment territories and drive admissions outreach. You will plan data-driven strategies to attract potential students, assist applicants, and build relationships with high schools, counselors, and community partners.

Qualified candidates have a bachelor's degree and at least two years in recruiting or admission-related work, with strong communication and networking abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Sales, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
• Minimum of two years recruiting or relevant admission-related experience required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Personal integrity: Demonstrate dependability, honesty, and credibility.
• Adaptability: Adjust, modify own behavior, and remain flexible and tolerant in response to changing situations, environments and audiences.
• Oral communication: Express ideas and facts clearly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Serve as territory/population manager for a specified recruitment region/focus.
• Research territories/populations to plan and facilitate strategies to attract potential students.
• Assist individual students with regard to the admission process.
• Use data-driven methods to determine where to recruit (high schools, community colleges, cities, fairs).
• Identify prospective students who meet UT student profile and build relationships with influencers.
