Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Director to help ensure safe, effective operation of the school alongside the School Director. In their absence, they assume sole responsibility, while promoting growth and a caring environment for children and families.

The role emphasizes safety, leadership, staff recruitment, and maintaining profitability within a licensed childcare setting.

Competenze

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director, to achieve Learning Care Group’s safety vision. In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school. The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children

Our Assistant Directors are:

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
• Assistant Director: $22-$23 an hour
• Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full-time employees, Limited medical offered for part-time workers
