Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Director to help manage a licensed childcare facility and to partner with the School Director on ensuring safe, high-quality operations.

The role includes promoting children's growth, maintaining a positive environment for families, and stepping in for the Director when needed. The ideal candidate brings leadership experience in licensed childcare, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a commitment to safety and educational excellence.

In the Director's absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school. The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Compensation/Benefit:

• Compensation $25.48 - $26.47 starting hourly rate salary on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
