Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Director to ensure the safe, effective operation of the school alongside the School Director. You will promote a positive learning environment and uphold licensing standards.

In the Director’s absence, you will have sole responsibility for the school, lead staff, and support the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children while helping the center achieve profitability and community trust.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Job description

The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director, to achieve Learning Care Group’s safety vision. In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school. The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children
