AVI Foodsystems, Inc. is seeking an energetic Assistant Dining Room Manager for Bryant University in Smithfield, RI. This full-time position leads the dining room team to deliver exceptional service, oversee operations, and maintain safety and cleanliness standards.

The role requires prior management experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and cash handling. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within a family-oriented environment.

Qualificações

• Two or more years of previous management experience.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with cash handling procedures and reconciliation of cash banks and reports.
• Knowledge of POS systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership to the team to maintain superior customer service, quality and cleanliness.
• Ensure profitability by managing sales, food cost, labor and controllable costs.
• Participate in team meetings and coaching sessions.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards.
• Interact professionally with clients, executives and team members.
• Provide timely and accurate information to clients and management.
