Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product questions and selections
• Process sales at checkout using POS system
• Stock and tag merchandise displays; create price tags
• Provide direction to product specialists and ensure customer service standards
• Complete product specialist certification courses
• Maintain proper merchandising, pricing and organization in the department
