Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is hiring a Training and Product Sales Specialist for our Fullerton, CA store. The role focuses on training Product Sales Specialists and ensuring customers receive exceptional service through product knowledge and guidance.

You will lead certification courses, support sales staff, and maintain merchandise presentation while handling checkout activities and price signage to encourage a smooth shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Assist customers with product questions and selections.
• Process customers at checkout using the POS system and handle refunds/exchanges per guidelines.
• Create price tags and signs; maintain merchandising and pricing within the department.
• Communicate SOP directions and changes to associates in a timely manner.
• Provide training and certification to Product Sales Specialists.
• Stock and tag merchandise displays and ensure showroom floor readiness.
