Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Training and Customer Service Specialist to develop Product Sales Specialists and ensure customers have a positive shopping experience with expert product information.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, plus 1 year of customer service or sales experience. You will lead training, manage merchandising, and support store operations to drive customer satisfaction and sales growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train product sales specialists in store standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate safe lifting practices per SOP.
• Teach retail basics: People, Position, Product, Presentation, Price, Promotion, Purchasing.
• Provide direction to product specialists to ensure attentive service.
• Complete product specialist certification courses.
• Manage merchandising, pricing, and department organization.
• Communicate SOP changes to associates promptly.
• Assist customers with product questions and selections.
• Process check-out, refunds, and exchanges per guidelines.
