Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Answer product questions and assist with selections.
• Process transactions at checkout using POS system and handle refunds/exchanges per guidelines.
• Stock and tag displays; ensure proper pricing and signage.
• Deliver product training and certification courses to staff.
• Maintain department merchandising, pricing and organization.
