Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Deli Manager to lead one of our busiest deli teams. You will support the Deli Manager in merchandising, inventory, and staff development while ensuring exceptional customer service in a fast-paced store environment.

You’ll coordinate production, quality control, and daily operations, maintain safety standards, and contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture.

Qualifications

• 2 years supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of deli or related food service
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proven leadership ability to motivate and develop staff

Responsabilités

• Assist the Deli Manager in managing and merchandising the department for maximum productivity and profit
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Deli team
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning, direction, and teamwork
• Help hire, train, and develop the Deli team
• Unload deliveries and maintain deli equipment
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation guidelines are followed
