Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Deli Manager in Henderson, NV to help customers choose healthy options and lead one of the store’s busiest teams. The role focuses on service quality, team leadership, and efficient deli operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist in inventory, training, scheduling, and ensuring food safety standards while delivering excellent customer experiences every day.

Formación

• Be at least 18 years of age with preferred 2 years supervisory experience and strong knowledge of deli or related food service.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to take and give direction, participating in a team environment.
• Outgoing and friendly with a positive attitude and the ability to interact with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Deli Manager in managing and merchandising the department for maximum productivity and profit.
• Responsible for ordering and inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Deli team.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning, direction, goal setting, communication, and teamwork.
• Assist in leading a team that brainstorms to deliver the finest quality of product and greatest customer experience.
• Assist in hiring, teaching, training, developing the Deli team.
• Unload deliveries, operate and maintain deli equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines/regulations.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a positive store culture.
