Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with at least 2 years of supervisory experience in deli or food service.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong written and verbal communication; team oriented.
• Outgoing friendly demeanor, positive attitude, and customer interaction.
• Proven leadership to motivate staff; knowledge of personnel reports and sales metrics.
• Food Safety certification and adherence to regulations.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Deli Manager in operations, merchandising, and productivity.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and deli team supervision.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning and teamwork.
• Lead efforts to deliver high quality product and customer experience.
• Assist in hiring, training, and developing the Deli team.
• Unload deliveries and operate deli equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Support fast-paced environment and customer service.
