Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Deli Manager to help lead one of our busiest teams and guide customers in choosing healthy options. You will support the Deli Manager in daily operations, merchandise planning, and staff development in a fast-paced store environment.

You will supervise deli staff, ensure food safety and sanitation compliance, and collaborate with other departments to deliver excellent service and quality products to our customers.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years supervisory experience in deli or related food service.
• Strong communication and customer service skills for a fast-paced environment.
• Food Safety certification and knowledge of safety guidelines required.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Deli Manager in managing and merchandising the department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Deli team.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning, direction, and teamwork.
• Assist in hiring, training, and developing the Deli team.
